Transportation and Delivery Policy

When you select a painting in our store, it is not merely a transaction, but the beginning of a wonderful journey. Each piece of work, from its production, packaging to delivery, is a meticulously planned artistic journey. To ensure that every piece of RoziLux art is safely and punctually delivered to your hands, we have formulated the following detailed transportation and delivery policies, allowing you to rest assured from placing an order to receiving your goods.

I. Delivery Time

Every RoziLux mural undergoes a strict process and quality inspection. We promise to provide you with the fastest possible shipping service while ensuring quality.

In-stock goods
If the work you purchase is in stock, we will arrange for shipment within 1 to 3 working days after your order is placed.

Customized goods
If you order custom-made paintings (including special sizes, personalized designs, limited edition printing, etc.), we will complete the production and shipment within 5 to 10 working days after your order is placed.
During the production period, we will update you on the progress from time to time to keep you informed of every stage of your work's birth at all times.

Delayed notice
If the shipment time is delayed due to holidays, supply chain issues or force majeure (such as weather, epidemic, customs delays, etc.), our customer service team will contact you proactively and provide you with the latest transportation updates and solutions.

Ii. Mode of Transportation

To ensure that each painting can safely reach its destination, RoziLux collaborates with multiple international and local logistics companies, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, SF International, and others. We will select the most high-quality and reliable transportation method for you based on your delivery address and order content.

Standard Shipping
It is suitable for ordinary delivery in most areas, with a transportation time of 7 to 15 working days. This method is economical and safe, and is suitable for orders that do not require immediate delivery.

Express Shipping
If you wish to receive your work more quickly, you can choose the express shipping service. The transportation time is approximately 3 to 7 working days, and the cost is calculated based on the destination and the size of the work.

Special Freight or Oversized Shipping
For large-sized or multi-piece combination orders, we will adopt professional art transportation solutions. Such packages will be handled by a dedicated art logistics team to ensure that the paintings are not damaged during transportation.

Iii. Transportation Scope

RoziLux supports global delivery, allowing you to take art home no matter where you are.
We can currently deliver to North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and some parts of Africa.

Please note

Some remote areas or island countries may temporarily not support delivery due to transportation restrictions or customs clearance policies.

If your address is in a special area, our customer service team will proactively contact you to confirm a feasible solution.

Iv. Transportation Costs

The transportation cost of RoziLux will be calculated comprehensively based on the following factors:

Work size and weight;

Receiving area (domestic/international)

Selected mode of transportation (standard/Express/special transportation);

Whether to participate in free shipping activities or preferential policies.

We always adhere to transparent pricing. All shipping fees will be clearly displayed when you check out. During some event periods, we will also offer free shipping for the entire store or free shipping for orders over a certain amount, allowing you to embrace art in a more relaxed way.

V. Packaging and Safety Assurance

The transportation of artworks is not only a logistics process but also a test of safety and attention to detail.
At RoziLux, we have designed a professional protective packaging system for each painting

Canvas protective layer
All prints will be covered with scratch-resistant protective film to prevent the images from being rubbed or getting damp.

Cushioning and shockproof packaging
High-density foam, air cushions and anti-collision corners are used to provide all-round protection for the picture frame.

Reinforced outer box
It is packed in double-layer corrugated cartons or wooden frames to ensure no deformation or pressure during transportation.

Clear identification
Each package will be labeled with "Fragile" and "Handle with Care" on the outside, so that the staff at every stage can be aware of its particularity.

Vi. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing the logistics tracking number. You can track the status of your order at any time through the following methods:

If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service team at any time. We will check and update the delivery details for you.

We are directly connected to multiple logistics platform systems to ensure transparent, real-time and reliable information.

Vii. Receiving and Signing for Receipt

Check before signing for receipt
Please carefully check the outer packaging for any obvious damage, water seepage or indentations before signing for the package. If any abnormality is found, please note the situation on the receipt and contact the logistics provider or our customer service team immediately.

Inspection after signature
After receiving the package, please check whether the goods are intact within 48 hours. If you find any pictures damaged, frames bent or print defects, please take pictures and send them to support@rozilux.com
. We will provide you with a solution within 24 hours, including reissue, repair or refund.

Viii. Transportation Risks and Insurance

To further protect your rights and interests, all international parcels of RoziLux come with shipping insurance services by default. This means:

If the package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, we will either send you a new one free of charge or offer a full refund.

In the event of delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, customs detention, etc.), we will actively coordinate with the logistics company to ensure that the problem is properly resolved.

Ix. Customs and Tariff Explanations

For international orders, some countries or regions may incur customs duties, import taxes or administrative fees during customs clearance.
Please understand:

Such expenses shall be borne by the recipient, and the amount shall be determined in accordance with the local customs policies.

RoziLux will do its best to provide accurate declaration information to help you clear customs smoothly.
