Product Description
RoziLux is committed to presenting product information as accurately as possible, including size, color, material and details. However, due to differences in display devices and shooting lighting, the color or details of the actual object may slightly differ from those in the picture. Such differences do not constitute quality issues.

Price and Payment

All prices are subject to the display on the website and are based on the price at the time of your order placement.

RoziLux reserves the right to correct prices due to printing errors or system failures. If there is a pricing error, we will contact you proactively to confirm whether to continue the order or cancel and refund it.

We support multiple payment methods (such as credit cards, PayPal, etc.), and all payments are made through secure encrypted channels.

Order confirmation and processing

After you complete the payment, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.

In certain circumstances (such as insufficient inventory, incomplete payment, or suspected fraud), RoziLux reserves the right to cancel the order and offer a full refund.

Customized goods
If you purchase custom-made works (such as specified sizes, colors or private custom designs), please be sure to carefully check the information before placing an order. Customized products, due to their uniqueness, do not support returns or exchanges unless there are quality issues.

Iv. Transportation and Delivery

Delivery time
We usually ship the order within 3 to 7 working days after confirmation. In case of holidays or special periods, the delivery time may be appropriately delayed.

Logistics and Tracking
We will ship through reliable logistics partners such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc., and provide tracking numbers for you to check in real time.

Freight charges and duties

The shipping fee will be automatically calculated based on the destination, weight and size of the package.

For international orders, the customs of the destination country may impose tariffs or import duties, with the costs borne by the buyer.

Signature for receipt and damage handling
Please check the outer packaging before signing for the package. If you find any damage, missing items or goods that do not match the description, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist you in verifying and handling the matter with the logistics company.

V. Returns and Refunds

Return conditions

You can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be brand new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange except for quality issues.

Return process

Please contact customer service via email, explaining the reason for the return and attaching photos.

After confirmation by the customer service, the return address and process will be provided.

After we receive the returned goods and verify them to be correct, we will refund the money within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund method
The refund will be returned to your payment account along the original route. Please note that the arrival time of refunds from international banks may be slightly delayed.

Vi. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, designs and content on the RoziLux website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Without our written authorization, no individual or institution may copy, reprint, modify, disseminate or use for commercial purposes in any way.

Purchasing our art prints does not mean you own the copyright of the works. You only have the right to display them in your private space.
